By accessing and using the Sac City Tattoo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Sac City Tattoo provides professional tattooing and body piercing services at our Sacramento, CA location. All services are performed by licensed professionals in a clean, sterile environment in compliance with Sacramento County health regulations.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. Minors (16-17) may receive a tattoo or piercing only with the written consent and physical presence of a parent or legal guardian with valid government-issued identification. No tattoo or piercing services will be provided to anyone under 16 years of age.

Appointments & Walk-Ins

• Walk-ins are welcome 7 days a week during business hours, subject to artist availability
• Appointments can be booked through our online booking system
• No deposits are required for appointments
• We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

Pricing & Payment

Tattoo pricing varies based on size, complexity, placement, and time required. Final pricing is determined during consultation with your artist. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All sales are final — tattoos and piercings are permanent or semi-permanent services that cannot be returned or refunded.

Health & Safety

• You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Aftercare instructions must be followed as directed by your artist
• Sac City Tattoo is not responsible for infections or complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions

Intellectual Property

All custom artwork created by our artists is the intellectual property of Sac City Tattoo and its artists. Photos of completed work may be used for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sac City Tattoo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Portfolio images represent actual work by our artists.

Limitation of Liability

Sac City Tattoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
